Versaterm announces the launch of the 2025 Versaterm Re:Invent Users Conference that is once again combined with the popular Versaterm JusticeTrax Users' Group Meeting. Together, we’ll explore the latest innovations, share best practices and create opportunities to help your agency and community.
Salt Lake City Police Department is proud to be this year’s host. The conference will be November 3-6, 2025, at The Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah.
This event is for all Versaterm users from our ecosystem, including Versaterm CAD/RMS users and Versaterm JusticeTrax users. Designed with you in mind, this joint conference offers everything you need to stay ahead, solve challenges and serve your communities better. There will be sessions focused on the solutions with topics for law enforcement, fire service, communication centers, forensics, courts, schools and more.
Attendees will have the opportunity to network with their peers, our experts and other industry professionals. We are committed to delivering the same great training sessions, tips and tricks, technical deep dives, success stories, roundtables, product roadmaps and updates, and ask me anything (AMA) discussions. This year, there will be more LIMS and responder wellness-related sessions.
The conference will begin with the evening Welcome Reception on Monday, November 3 and will close on Thursday, November 6 with Client Appreciation Night.

The 2025 Versaterm Re:Invent Users Conference will be held at the Grand America Hotel. The location is 10 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport and located on ten acres in the heart of town. The hotel is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. ​

Full Conference
Full conference registration is for all three days. It includes plenary sessions, afternoon workshops, breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks. In addition, you will also have access to the evening social events throughout the week. Other options will also be available.
