Conference Rate Availability
The conference rate ends on September 4, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. After the cut-off date, it is at the hotel's discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.
Cancellations
Individual reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to Saturday, September 26, 2026. Cancellation received after 72 hours prior to Saturday, September 26, 2026 will result in a charge equivalent to a one-night stay.

Expect mild early fall conditions in Ottawa, with daytime temperatures around 20°C (68°F) and cooler evenings near 9°C (48°F) — comfortable but variable. We recommend packing light layers and a jacket, along with a small umbrella for occasional rain.
